Abstract: Explore the variation of vitamin content in gallnut honey in Guizhou Province with altitude and other factors. In this study, Rhus chinensis Mill. honey from 10 different altitude bee farms in Guizhou province was selected and its vitamin content was analyzed. The results showed that the vitamin content of gallnut honey collected from 10 different elevations ranged from 21.94 μg/g (Xifeng County) to 429.41 μg/g (Fenggang County). No honey was detected in samples from Dushan County, Fenggang County, and Zheng'an County α- Tocopherol; No carotenoids were detected in the honey samples from Fenggang County δ- Tocopherol; No vitamin K was detected in the honey samples from Dushan County; No vitamin A was detected in samples from Xifeng County, Fenggang County, Bijiang District, and Zheng'an County; No pantothenic acid was detected in samples from Taijiang County, Duyun City, and Xifeng County; The vitamin B12 content in samples from Longli County, Dushan County, Xifeng County, Bijiang District, Majiang County, Zheng'an County, and Kaiyang County is below the detection limit; No vitamin B2 was detected in samples from Longli County and Kaiyang County; No vitamin K, vitamin B1, and vitamin D3 were detected in the honey samples from 10 regions. The construction of the vitamin content database is conducive to the mining, development and evaluation of local characteristic honey.
