Abstract: This paper aims to explore the research status, research hotspots and development trends of health care data in the past ten years at home and abroad, and provide reference for future research in hhe field of health care. Based on CNKI and web of science core journal databases, a total of 1686 literatures related to the theme of health care data from 2012 to 2022 were retrieved. CiteSpace 6.2. 2. r2 software was used to visually analyze the number of health care big data literatures, institutional sources, co-cited literature clustering, burst words and keyword timeline maps. Compared with foreign countries, China 's current overall number of publications is relatively small, and the cooperation between research institutions is relatively loose, which requires more diversified disciplines and research methods. Focusing on hotspots and frontiers, exploring patient-centered data governance models, focusing on public health, combining medical health data with artificial intelligence, promoting the development of smart medicine, and improving the flow governance and sharing of medical health data are future research trends.
